The HSA contrbuton limit for 2025 is $ 4300 for an individual and $ 8550 for a family. HSA's are for individuals who are covered under a high deductible health insurance plan. Money put into your HSA is not taxes and can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses. Additionally, you can invest your HSA funds for increased tax-free earning potential.

The FSA contribution limit for 2025 is $ 3300 for an individual. FSA funds can be used to cover medical expenses, including deductibles, copays and prescriptions. Your employer can choose to rollover $ 660 of your balance into the next year or choose a grace period that allows you to continue to use your funds for an addtional two and half months into 2026.
